Upload your logo, add your company name or phone number, and move elements anywhere on the bag. When the design looks right, download the image. Nothing is sent to any server — everything runs in your browser.
PNG with a transparent background works best. Drag the logo to reposition it. Use the corner handles to resize.
This is a visual mockup only. Actual printed bags are subject to artwork approval and minimum order requirements.
Bulk bags are printed using flexographic printing — a commercial method that runs woven polypropylene fabric through a press before the bag is cut and sewn.
Ink is applied to the fabric using photopolymer plates, one plate per ink color. Each pass applies a single color. This process is fast and consistent, which is why it scales well for production quantities of 500 units and above.
The result is sharp enough for logos, large text, and QR codes. It is not photographic — fine halftone gradients and very small text do not reproduce reliably on woven fabric. Clean, bold artwork gives the best result by far.
Most customers print on one or two panels. Printing all four panels is possible and adds roughly the same per-panel cost again — call us for a multi-panel quote specific to your bag size.
Submit vector EPS or high-resolution PDF. Avoid JPG or low-resolution PNG if possible.
Keep body text at 10pt or larger. Minimum is 6pt but legibility improves significantly above 10pt.
Solid fills and bold outlines reproduce better than gradients or fine screens on woven fabric.
Dark ink on a white bag delivers the highest contrast. Light ink on white is not recommended.
Send us your logo and any text to be printed. We review the file before production starts and flag any issues that would affect print quality.
We produce photopolymer print plates from your artwork — one plate per color. Plates are made once, stored, and reused on every repeat order at no additional charge.
The woven PP fabric runs through the flexographic press. Each color is applied in a separate pass. The ink bonds to the fabric and holds up to moisture and normal handling.
Printed fabric is cut to your specification and sewn into finished bags — with your chosen lifting loops, fill spout, discharge spout, and liner if required.
Finished bags are inspected and packed. We send a print proof photo before the full order ships. Lead time is typically 45–60 days from artwork approval.
Printing adds $0.25 to $1.50 per bag to the base cost, depending on bag size, number of panels printed, number of ink colors, and total ink coverage area.
Most customers print one or two panels in one or two colors. At that level the printing adder is typically $0.25–$0.55 per bag — often less than the cost of the hang tag or adhesive label it replaces.
Print plates are a one-time tooling cost on your first order. They are stored and reused on every repeat order at no additional charge. Most customers recover the plate cost within the first production run.
Minimum order for printed bags is typically 500 units. Call us with your bag size, panel count, and artwork description and we can usually give you a ballpark in the same conversation.

A printed bulk bag stays with your product from your warehouse floor to your customer’s receiving dock. That is brand exposure you cannot get from a pallet label — and it costs less than most alternatives.
A standard truckload carries roughly 250 filled bulk bags. That is 250 brand impressions on every delivery — to your customer, their team, and anyone else in the facility that day.
You pay for print plates once. Every repeat order ships at the standard bag price plus the printing adder — no repeat tooling costs, and no added lead time for the plate step.
Our team reviews your file before production starts. If there is a problem, we tell you exactly what needs to change. There is no charge for artwork review or revision rounds.
Call our team to start the process. We will review your artwork, confirm your bag specs, and give you a firm quote — usually in the same call.
